Headteacher's statement

Welcome to our new look website. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself in my new capacity as Headteacher at Harrop Fold Specialist Arts College. As a school we are very much student-focused and I am confident that we deliver exceptionally high levels of student support and student development and we excel in raising student standards. I arrived at Harrop Fold five years ago and am proud to now lead the team who have achieved year-on-year improvements in all areas of school life. It is a sustained drive from parents/carers, students and staff that has been the key factor in the school’s current level of success. We aim to continue with improvements in raising academic and social standards and working together, with all stakeholders, to make Harrop Fold an outstanding school that our community can be proud of. I am extremely passionate about education for this community and it is our vision that we take this school to new, higher levels.
