Child Employment – The Law
Parents or carers of a child who is thinking of getting a part-time job or is already working need to be aware of the laws and regulations that protect them while they are in work.
If your child is working without a work permit they could lose their job and their employer could be prosecuted. It’s easy to get a permit and it’s free.
